Do I have to be there for the home inspection?
You do not have to attend. However, you and/or your Arkansas Real Estate Professional are welcome to stay for the duration of the home inspection. This is a great opportunity to ask questions and to discover things that you may not have known about the home systems. David will thoroughly answer your home inspection questions and point out several things about the home.
When are home inspections performed, and how soon can you send my inspection report?
We make every effort to accommodate your schedule 7 days a week between the hours of 9am and 7pm, and next-day inspections are often available. Home inspections take 2-3 hours to complete and should be completed before dusk. Reports are available within 24 hours.
What is the cost of an inspection from Home Inspections of Central Arkansas, LLC?
The home inspection fee is based on square footage and foundation type.
Commercial property inspection fees are based upon location and square footage.
Mold inspection fee is calculated by the number of requested samples and desired detail of spore identification.
Vacant property monitoring fee is calculated on the frequency of the property inspections.
We accept cash, check, and credit card via PayPal. Payment is due before receipt of your inspection report.
