You do not have to attend. However, you and/or your Arkansas Real Estate Professional are welcome to stay for the home inspection as this is an opportunity to ask questions and to discover things that you may not have known about the home.
When are home inspections performed, and how soon can you send my inspection report?
We make every effort to accommodate your schedule 7 days a week, and same-day inspections are often available. Home inspections take 2-3 hours to complete. Reports are available within 24 hours. Mold inspection samples are overnighted to a lab, and reports are available 48 hours later.
What is the cost of an inspection from Home Inspections of Central Arkansas, LLC?
Home inspection and commercial property inspection fees are based on square footage, foundation type, and location.
Mold inspection fees are calculated by the number of requested samples and desired detail of spore identification. A Mold inspection can be added onto an existing inspection at a reduced rate.
Vacant property monitoring fee is calculated on the frequency of the property inspections.
