Do I have to attend the inspection?

You do not have to attend.  However, you are welcome to stay as this is an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the home.  

When are home inspections performed, and how soon can you send my inspection report? 
Home inspections take 2-3 hours to complete, and reports are available that same evening.  Mold inspection samples are overnighted to a lab for testing with reports available in 48 hours.

What is the cost of an inspection from Home Inspections of Central Arkansas, LLC?

Home inspection and commercial property inspection fees are based on square footage, foundation type, and location of the home.

Mold inspection fees are calculated by the number of required samples.  A Mold inspection can be added onto an existing inspection at a reduced rate.

​We accept cash, check, PayPal or credit card.  Payment is due before receipt of your inspection report.
